Rough Weekend for the Bronco Basketball Teams!

It was a rough weekend for the Bronco boys basketball team, as they lost to Southern 57-44. The broncos have been improving their defense which was well played against Southern. Tyler Wullenwaber led the Broncos with 13 points, Nathan Foley with 11 points, and Braylon Gierhan with 10. John DeWaard led the Broncos with six rebounds. Overall, there were improvements and successes all around.
The Lady Bronco had a rough weekend as well. Losing on Friday night to Southern by 5 and on Saturday night to Milford. Beth Erks was the high scorer in both games. Emily Koski pumped in 15 points against Southern.
Both the boys and girls basketball teams play tonight against the Fairbury Jeffs. The JV games start at 4:30 followed by the Varsity boys at 6:15 and the Varsity girls at 8. Come out and support your Broncos!!
